Wherever possible, yes. We’re an independent practice, not a corporate chain with rotating locums. And because records are shared between both clinics, any vet you see already has your pet’s full history in front of them.
No. You can book directly with us. For complex orthopaedic procedures, our visiting orthopaedic surgeon operates here at Cardiff, so most patients can have their surgery with a team that already knows them rather than being referred somewhere unfamiliar.
