Frequently asked questions

The things people ask us most.

What’s the best way to book an appointment?

Booking online is the quickest option and you can do it any time, day or night. Just pick your clinic and a time that suits. If you’d rather talk to someone, call Cardiff on (02) 4954 7055 or Cameron Park on (02) 4958 6635 during opening hours.

How quickly will you reply to my message?

We aim to reply to enquiries within one business day. The form isn’t monitored after hours or on weekends, so if your pet needs help sooner, please call the clinic rather than waiting on a reply.

Which clinic should I contact?

Whichever is more convenient for you. Cardiff and Cameron Park are the same practice, with the same vets and shared digital records, so your pet’s history is there no matter which clinic you choose. Plenty of clients use both depending on the time of day.

What are your opening hours?

Cardiff is open seven days a week, with extended hours until 8 pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Cameron Park is open Monday to Friday. The full daily times are listed in the clinic cards above. If you ever need us outside those hours, call the clinic first and we’ll tell you what to do.

My pet needs help right now. What should I do?

Don’t use the form or wait for an email. Call the clinic straight away on (02) 4954 7055 (Cardiff) or (02) 4958 6635 (Cameron Park). We’ll talk you through it on the phone and tell you whether to come straight in. You can also read our emergency and urgent care page for what to do when we’re closed.
